alright.. since the appointment.. i have lost my name.. i am no longer jeremy.. the swine thinks its extremely hilarious to address me by TL.. [one of his cold antics]
its a revelation.. i'm cutting down on vulgarities!! whaha.. so proud.. i only said 11 vulgarities last sat.. that's like an ocean's improvement. and today i said none [actually that's coz its sunday and there's nothing that irritates me into saying one]
j-wei blogged that i was super guai lan last sat.. but u guys have to realise why i was so pissed.. everbody's just contented at waiting around.. thinking that just waiting there and doing nothing... something, by some miracle, will suddenly move, will make progress. but obviously that's not the way things work. u want something to happen, u have to do something first. to obtain a reaction, an action has to be the input. or else everyone can just wait the entire year and nothing will ever happen. that's what happened on sat. it was pioneering, tan daryl was incharge [no choice, i was at camp, and yet again all the rest couldn't be bothered]. and as expected i came to the den and saw him still planning.. poles not found. landed up spending 2 hours finding poles. the process could all been faster if only daryl had planned earlier.. and everyone didn't just take their own time. all but a few sec3s looked as if they weren't there to take the test at all.. talking cock and not instructing, let alone helping. i knoe i may be the tl, but we're taking the test as sec3s, everyone should have some sense of accountability that its their project, and not just be content at being a donkey. in the end, one must ask, are you in the team? or just supporting it? so do u deserve to pass?
so the project continued.. daryl was supposed to take the lead, but apparently he had no idea how to. he was content at giving instructions like.. 'put this there, place that here'. he ignored the fact that measurements and accuracy are extremely important for any pioneering project, especially when its a bridge. daryl knew which poles we needed, he also knew the design. but he missed out the most important, how to execute. which came first, what to do do next. he was listless. landed up, we had to spend time during execution to think of how to continue. taking the example of the platform. questioning him how to attach it to the bridge, even though i had a way to do so. as usual he started of by saying 'i know' without a second thought of my question. 'so how?' was my next question. fumble fumble fumble.. he started speaking in a different language, contradicting himself.. finally throwing back a question, 'jeremy, u dunno izzit'. blah that was so besides the point.
in the end, i had to lead the execution.. partly coz daryl was too listless, and the rest couldn't be bothered to look at the plans to know what to do.
alright so the final product was completed at 7pm.. 4 hours behind schedule. everyone had been working for 11 hours minus lunch. then after a few snapshots, we had to bring it down. and yet again daryl acted like a cock again.. but you readers shall be too bored to read through all of it again.. by the time we left the school it was 10.. and reached home at 11.40 after dinner.
okay.. so this marks the end of this boring post :pPpPpPp
