i seriously do not know what's my plc's for.. its redundant..remove it. might as well make the whole lot of PLs and PSs all Postless. why.. why render them the title of patrol leaders and patrol seconds... if what they are doing in scouts is NO different from any other scout.. let's say adriel.. in fact i bet some of the scouts do more than the current PLs or PSs.. making more credible contributions.

but i must admit there are still some responsible PLs.. zhi han for example. if u asked me abt shukri.. i'll tell u he's a useless piece of shit.. in the literal sense too. i seriously dunno wth he's doing as a PL.. PLs like j-wei, simply can't be bothered and are plain selfish.. they go abt thinking that 'this is my life, u can't do anything to me, and i'm just not going to comply'. so why the hell are they in the plc for? during meetings they're just there stoning or fiddling with their phones..

i can't understand why these PLs being PLs.. simply can't be bothered at all.. can't take responsibility for little things.. and themselves be rebellious and make things difficult.. do they not realise they are also responsible for guiding the troop? do they not realise that they are a part of the plc too?

the ALs sometimes think that i rather do the work myself.. and dun delegate it.. but the problem is the plc is just too bloody occupied with themselves thinking they are so freaking busy.. and thinking i'm too freaking free so i can do all the work.. and at the end of the day.. they get their A1s as well.. wtf.
